Job Summary We are looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging video and social media content, have a passion for storytelling, and stay updated with the latest digital trends . You will work closely with an experienced team of marketers, designers, video editors, and creative professionals to create compelling content for various brands. Scripts, content briefs, and creative direction will be provided, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging and authentic content. Key Responsibilities Create engaging video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Present confidently in front of the camera whenever required. Shoot promotional videos, product demonstrations, brand campaigns, and behind the-scenes content. Create content based on scripts and creative briefs provided by the marketing team. Collaborate with the creative, design, and marketing teams to execute content strategies. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh content ideas. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms. Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand identity and campaign objectives. Coordinate with the editing team during post-production to ensure high-quality output. Assist in planning and maintaining content calendars for multiple brands. Monitor content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Confidence in speaking and performing on camera. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital content. Basic understanding of social media platforms and current content trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational and time management skills. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, English, or any related field. Experience: 0�3 years in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a similar role. Freshers with excellent communication skills, creativity, and confidence in front of the camera are encouraged to apply. Preferred Skills Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form video content. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools. Understanding of branding, social media marketing, and digital marketing concepts. Photography or videography skills are an added advantage.
