Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

  • Shoot, edit, and post short videos (e.g., explainer videos, customer stories, reels, success stories, etc.)

  • Design and manage digital campaigns to promote Pickyourhire’s offerings and drive leads

  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight user journeys (job seekers, referrers, trainers)

  • Monitor analytics, engagement rates, and lead conversions to optimize performance

  • Manage content calendar, trends, and platform-specific strategy

  • Run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (if needed)

  • Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build a strong online community

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content marketing or social media management (2-4 years preferred)

  • Strong video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, or similar

  • Experience in creating high-quality reels, shorts, or YouTube content

  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation

  • Basic knowledge of performance tracking (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling abilities
