

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Shoot, edit, and post short videos (e.g., explainer videos, customer stories, reels, success stories, etc.)
Design and manage digital campaigns to promote Pickyourhire’s offerings and drive leads
Collaborate with internal teams to highlight user journeys (job seekers, referrers, trainers)
Monitor analytics, engagement rates, and lead conversions to optimize performance
Manage content calendar, trends, and platform-specific strategy
Run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (if needed)
Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build a strong online community
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in content marketing or social media management (2-4 years preferred)
Strong video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, or similar
Experience in creating high-quality reels, shorts, or YouTube content
Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation
Basic knowledge of performance tracking (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling abilities
