Collaboration with Hiring Managers: � Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture. Candidate Experience: � Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. � Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. � Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments. Data Management: � Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). � Support reporting and analysis of recruitment activities. Market Research: � Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. � Contribute ideas for innovative recruitment strategies.
