Responsibilities ? Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with internal teams, and closing positions within defined timelines. ? Possess strong understanding of current technology trends and the skill sets required for various technical roles. ? Demonstrate expertise in strategic sourcing, including job postings, recruitment platforms, employer branding initiatives, and LinkedIn-based outreach. ? Drives employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization�s visibility and attract top talent. ? Experienced in using applicant tracking systems (ATS); prior involvement in recruitment process automation or ATS implementation is an added advantage. ? Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective interview coordination, stakeholder engagement, and managing the offer-to-joining experience. ? Manages the offer-to-joining experience to ensure seamless onboarding and positive candidate perception. ? Familiar with key recruitment metrics such as scorecards, vendor performance evaluation, and candidate satisfaction surveys. ? Capable of designing and executing structured evaluation methods, including written assessments, technical tests, and interview scorecards. ? Having prior experience of mass recruitment; handling campus recruitment process, vendor engagement is a plus. Requirements ? Master�s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ? Prior working experience in a SaaS company, consulting, or recruitment firm is strongly preferred. ? Proven experience in hiring across a diverse range of roles and functions. ? Have working knowledge of various job boards like - Naukri, Hirist, IIM Jobs, Indeed etc. ? Skilled in industry mapping, talent scouting, and executing targeted hiring strategies for niche or hard-to-fill positions. ? Self-driven individual contributor with a target-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple open requirements simultaneously with consistent focus and attention to detail. ? Strong emphasis on cultural alignment, collaboration, and contributing to a team-oriented, growth-focused environment.
