About This Role
About the Role We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can independently design, build, and evolve application features across frontend and backend systems. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex features, make sound technical decisions, and help improve overall code quality and engineering practices in a lean team environment. Key Responsibilities � Frontend Development � Design and develop scalable, user-friendly interfaces � Implement complex user flows, interactions, and validations � Improve frontend performance and maintainability � Review and improve frontend code written by others Backend Development � Design and implement robust APIs and backend services � Handle complex business logic and workflows � Design efficient and scalable data models � Ensure security, reliability, and performance of backend systems Technical Ownership & Leadership � Own features from concept to deployment � Make architectural and design trade-offs pragmatically � Review code and mentor junior developers � Identify and address technical debt � Participate in technical planning and decision-making Quality & Reliability � Define and uphold coding and testing standards � Write and review unit and integration tests � Debug complex production issues � Improve system stability and performance Required Skills Technical Skills � Strong experience with at least one frontend technology (React, Angular, Android, or similar) � Strong experience building backend services using Java, .NET, Node.js, or similar � Deep understanding of REST APIs and HTTP concepts � Strong experience with relational databases and SQL � Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows � Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills � Cloud & Systems (Advantage) � Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway) � Understanding of deployment environments and basic security concepts Working Style � Comfortable working with minimal supervision � Strong ownership mindset � Able to handle ambiguity and make decisions � Clear communicator and mentor
