About Us We are a fast-growing healthcare IT company building next-generation SaaS solutions for hospitals, laboratories, and government health programs. Our product suite includes Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and EMR platforms designed for scale, offline-first usage, and compliance with global healthcare standards. We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our core product team. This role is crucial to building robust, offline-capable, and user-friendly Android applications that serve doctors, lab staff, administrators, and patients across India. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities � Lead the design and development of native Android applications using Kotlin/Java. � Build offline-first mobile apps with synchronization logic for low-connectivity environments. � Integrate Android apps with backend APIs, databases, and healthcare standards (HL7/FHIR). � Optimize apps for performance, security, and accessibility across multiple Android versions and devices. � Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless experiences. � Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (HIPAA, NDHM, NABL). � Mentor junior Android developers and contribute to coding standards. � Continuously explore new tools and technologies to improve development workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications � 5�8 years of hands-on experience in Android development. � Strong expertise in Kotlin and Java. � Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, MVVM/MVP/MVC architectures. � Experience with local storage (Room, SQLite), data sync, and caching strategies. � Proven ability to integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and authentication (OAuth2, JWT). � Experience with push notifications, background services, and device hardware integration (camera, GPS, biometrics). � Familiarity with secure coding practices and compliance in healthcare/fintech is a plus. � Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker (basic DevOps exposure preferred). � Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
