About This Role

To create specifications for the business through a network of structural consultants, architects, PMC�s & various stake holders in the construction industry for the products & services that the company deals in. Roles and Responsibilities: Functions 1. Coordinating with Architects, Builders, Industrial officials and real east officials for exploring prospective business opportunities. 2. Specify company brands & services in the BOQ/specification language for successful conversion into sales. 3. Liason with Project Managers & subcontractors to ensure completion of projects as per the technical specifications 4. Resolution & redressal of customer complaints. 5. Positive reviews & customer satisfaction/ appreciation letters post completion 6. Conduct seminars, presentations of company products & services at regular intervals 7. Generate sales leads & co-ordinate with Sales team for conversion. 8. Submission of structural designs, application methodology etc to stakeholders 9. Devise strategies to achieve better market reputation and financial results. 10. Coordinating with various departments and contractors in the organization in order to deliver the projects in time. 11. Build and develop systems and processes that are based on best practices in the industry. 12. Innovation and Knowledge Management as per agreed timelines 13. Innovating and implementing processes and systems,so as to stay ahead of the curve Capability 1. Should have demonstrated strong specification & networking capabilities 2. Should have strategic management exposure 3. Goal orientation and ambitious 4. Capability of effectively interacting and working on a daily basis with consultants & architects of the western region of Maharshtra 5. Strong team building capabilities with the ability to work with and motivate large multiple teams of relatively young employees 6. Strong communication skills and a high degree of energy 7. Good analytical and planning skills 8. Ability to function effectively in a quality conscious, process driven and extremely productivity driven organization 9. Sound interpersonal skills
