Warehouse Management Intern

Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming Sika materials. 2. Support inventory management and maintain accurate stock records. 3. Position Summary The Project Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end coordination of project documentation, planning, progress tracking, and communication between internal teams, customers, and Clients. The role ensures smooth project execution from survey initiation to billing and compliance. � Job Type: Full-time in office � Salary: 2 to 2.4 Lakhs (Based on experience) � Experience � freshers are welcome � Education � Diploma or Degree in engineering � Location: Pune Key Responsibilities 1. Project Initiation & Documentation � Arrange site surveys and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. � Prepare quotations based on approved estimation sheets. � Handle site compliances and ensure documentation is completed as required. 2. Daily Progress & Reporting � Prepare DPR (Daily Progress Reports) for each project. � Maintain and update all trackers (projects, materials, billing, progress, compliance). � Review progress reports to identify delayed or lagging. 3. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with hands-on experience in preparing, submitting, and managing tenders for facility management, housekeeping, and manpower services. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of government e-procurement portals including GeM, IREPS, CPPP, and other departmental portals (primarily Railways). This role requires expertise in compliance documentation, bid preparation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and successful tender submissions. Key Responsibilities � Tender Identification & Tracking o Regularly monitor GeM, IREPS, CPPP, and other government portals for relevant tender opportunities. o Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work. � Tender Preparation & Submission o Prepare technical and financial bids in line with tender requirements. o Ensure accurate documentation including EMD, certifications, affidavits, and compliance papers. o Upload bids and manage submissions on GeM, IREPS, CPPP, and other portals. � Documentation & Compliance o Maintain updated records of company registrations, licenses, and statutory documents. o Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary data for tender submissions. o Ensure adherence to government procurement guidelines and compliance standards. � Post-Tender Activities o Track tender status, clarifications, and results. o Handle correspondence with government authorities and clients regarding tender queries. o Support contract finalization and documentation after successful bids. Desired Candidate Profile � Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. � Experience: 1�5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in facility management/housekeeping/manpower services. � Skills: o Strong knowledge of GeM, IREPS, CPPP, and other government portals. o Excellent drafting and documentation skills. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF formatting). o Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. o Good communication and coordination skills.
